About C. A. Cerro
Club Atlético Cerro, usually known simply as Cerro is an Uruguayan football club based in Montevideo. Until the club's relegation in 1997, Cerro being a medium sized Uruguayan club was the only one among that group and the smaller clubs never to have been relegated.
