Buddha-nature

Buddha-nature or Buddha Principle refers to several related terms, most notably tathāgatagarbha and buddhadhātu. Tathāgatagarbha means "the womb" or "embryo" of the "thus-gone", or "containing a tathagata", while buddhadhātu literally means "Buddha-realm" or "Buddha-substrate".
