`Britain's First Photo Album' celebrates the work of Francis Frith, the pioneer Victorian photographer who put together a comprehensive pictorial record of the United Kingdom during the last half of the 18th century. Presented by John Sergeant, the series showcases 40 of Frith's best images, with each episode focusing on four story lines, all inspired by a Frith photo.
