Brian R. Cheffins Life story
Brian Robert Cheffins, FBA is a Canadian legal academic. He has been since 1998 S.J. Berwin Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge and a fellow of Trinity Hall, Cambridge. Previously he was a professor at the University of British Columbia.
