One of the hosts of the BBC Radio 5 podcast-Live-You, me and the Big C has revealed that she is now "in" cancer-free" after three years of treatment.
"It's a little bit crazy. But now I have no evidence of cancer in my body," Deborah James said on Instagram.
James, who was diagnosed with incurable bowel cancer in the year 2016, it was "beyond grateful".
"I never thought we'd be here," she told Bbc Breakfast on Wednesday. "It is only sinking one. "
