About Bill Nelson's Red Noise
Bill Nelson's Red Noise, or more simply Red Noise, was Bill Nelson's umbrella term for what effectively became a British new wave band formed by himself, his brother Ian, Andy Clark and Rick Ford. Dave Mattacks and Steve Peer both had brief stints in the band.
