Byron burger Allergy death: Owen Carey family call for law change

The Family of a teenager with a dairy Allergy who died after he unknowingly butter milk eaten in a burger restaurant have a change in the laws.

Owen Carey ordered Grilled Chicken at Byron burger in The O2 Arena in London while celebrating his 18th birthday.

He told staff about his Allergy, but was not told that the food contain butter milk.

After an investigation, decided by a judge, he was not told about all the genes that led to his death, Mr. Carey's family is the current policy of the left said, too much room for error.
