Beach Flip

Adding to HGTV's stable of home-renovation competition series is "Beach Flip," which stars HGTV and DIY Network favorites David Bromstad, Nicole Curtis and Josh Temple. The trio act as hosts, judges and mentors to four teams as they compete to renovate rundown waterfront bungalows with outdated decor, loud wall colors and awkward layouts into spectacular properties in just eight weeks. To overhaul the two-bedroom/two-bathroom properties, each team must manage a $40,000 budget, and additional funds are available by competing in weekly challenges. The team that produces the highest increase in property value as determined by appraisers wins the $50,000 grand prize and a spread in HGTV Magazine. …
