Batia Lishansky Life story
Batia Lishansky, also Batya, Batyah; Lichanski, Lishanski, was a Ukrainian-born pioneering Israeli sculptor. Working with stone, wood and bronze, she created portraits and memorials commemorating the people and events of the early years of the State of Israel.
