Barry Gutierrez Life story
Ibarra "Barry" Gutierrez III is a Filipino legislator, law professor and a public interest and human rights lawyer who serves in the Philippine House of Representatives. On July 1, 2013, Gutierrez was sworn into office as a representative of Akbayan Partylist to the House of Representatives for the 16th Congress.
