About Barefoot Boy
Simple country boy Billy Whittaker (Jackie Moran) must deal with the arrival of Kenneth Hale (Bradley Metcalfe), the arrogant, snobbish son of an old friend of Billy's dad. Kenneth looks down on Billy's homespun ways, though he does have eyes for Billy's girlfriend, Pige (Marcia Mae Jones).
