Barbara Mulwana Life story
Barbara Mulwana is a Ugandan electrical engineer and computer scientist, who serves as the chairperson of the Uganda Manufacturers' Association. In May 2017, she replaced Amos Nzeyi, who retired after two consecutive terms.
