About Baqoura
Naharayim, historically the Jisr Majami area, is a site straddling the Israel–Jordan border, where the Yarmouk River flows into the Jordan River. The area is centered on a disused "Naharayim hydroelectric power plant", constructed between 1927–33 in the area adjacent to the Roman bridge known as Jisr Majami.
