Bangabandhu Bridge, commonly called the Jamuna Multi-purpose Bridge and also called the Poongi bridge, is a bridge opened in Bangladesh in June 1998. It connects Bhuapur on the Jamuna River's east bank to Sirajganj on its west bank.
