Bahman Farzaneh

Bahman Farzaneh is best-known for the peerless translation of “One Hundred Years of Solitude” to Persian – which many readers and critics consider it the best ever Persian translation. His first translation was American writer Tennessee Williams' “Sweet Bird of Youth” (1959), which was published in 1964.
