B. Lynne Parshall, Esq., has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2013. Ms. Parshall currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and is a Senior Strategic Advisor to the company. From 1991 until January 2018 she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ionis.
