Aubrey Lewis Life story
Sir Aubrey Julian Lewis, FRCP, FRCPsych, was the first Professor of Psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry, London, and is credited with being a driving force behind the flowering of British psychiatry after World War II as well as raising the profile of the profession worldwide.
