Aśvaghoṣa Life story
Aśvaghoṣa, also transliterated Ashvaghosha, c. 80 – c. 150 CE was a Sarvāstivāda or Mahasanghika Buddhist philosopher, dramatist, poet and orator from India. He was born in Saketa, today known as Ayodhya.
