Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen is a Norwegian cross-country skier and a member of the International Olympic Committee. She skis with the IL Heming club in Oslo, near Holmenkollen. Her greatest achievement is winning the gold medal in sprint at the 2007 World Championships.
