Asteranthera is a genus of plants in the family Gesneriaceae, native to the humid forests of Argentina and Chile, it is a species of evergreen scrambling vine. The plant has small, scalloped-margin and rounded leaves and its two-lipped, tubular red flowers with white markings flowers in the summer.
