Asahel Peck Life story
Asahel Peck was an American lawyer, politician, and judge. He is most notable for his service as an associate justice of the Vermont Supreme Court and the 35th governor of Vermont from 1874 to 1876. A native of Royalston, Massachusetts, Peck was raised and educated in Montpelier, Vermont.
