Arthur Turner Life story
Arthur L. Turner is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 9th District since 1981, and serving as the Deputy Majority Leader. He was a candidate for the Democratic Party nomination for Lieutenant Governor of Illinois in 2010, but placed second to Scott Lee Cohen.
