Arthur Cecil Tempest Life story
Arthur Cecil Tempest, of Broughton Hall, Skipton in Craven, Yorkshire, and Coleby Hall, Lincolnshire, was the fourth son of Henry Tempest, of Newland Park in Yorkshire, and Jemima, daughter of Sir Thomas Joseph De Trafford, 1st Baronet of Trafford Park.
