Artemio Precioso Ugarte Life story
Artemio Precioso Ugarte was a Spanish economist and environmentalist. Founded the Socio-ecological Research Center to educate young scholars in environmental economics and was Secretary General of Greenpeace Spain and its honorary president since 2004.
