About Armando Artur Armando Artur João is a Mozambican poet born on the 28th of December 1962 at Alto Molócuè in Zambézia. He is a founding member of the Pan-African Writers Association (PAWA), of which he is representative for Mozambique. He was Secretary General of the Association of Mozambican Writers.
