Arashi Kishu

Arashi Kishu (鬼咒 嵐, Kishū Arashi) is one of the supporting characters of the manga series, X. She is the first Dragon of Heaven to make her appearance but it is later revealed half-way through Episode 2 that she is one, after she made her appearance. That makes Sorata Arisugawa the first one to be introduced as one.
