Aporreadillo

Aporreadillo or Aporreado is a typical dish from south-western Mexico cuisine. This dish consists of meat beaten with a stone, salted, shredded, stirred with egg and cooked in guajillo chili, árbol chili or serrano chili sauce, with garlic and cilantro.
