Anver Kuliev

Anver Kuliev received his PhD in Clinical Cytogenetics in 1969. From 1979 he was head of the World Health Organization (WHO)'s Hereditary Diseases Program in Geneva, where he developed the community-based programs for prevention of genetic disorders and early approaches for prenatal diagnosis.
