Antoon Sallaert Life story
Antoon Sallaert or Anthonis Sallaert was a Flemish Baroque painter, draughtsman and printmaker who was active in Brussels. Sallaert produced many devotional paintings for the Brussels court of Archdukes Albert and Isabella as well as for the local churches.
