Anton Veruca

Anton Veruca is the secondary antagonist in the Sonic the Hedgehog serialized manga published by Shogakukan. Anton describes himself as the Number One Hooligan in Hedgehog Town, who hangs around with a gang of lizard boys and his little brother Mad.
