Ian Anthony Hamilton-Smith, 3rd Baron Colwyn CBE, commonly known as Anthony Hamilton-Smith, is a peer, dentist and politician. He was one of 90 hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the House of Lords Act 1999, sitting as a Conservative. He retired from the House of Lords on 21 July 2022.
