Annie Swynnerton Life story
Annie Louisa Robinson Swynnerton ARA was a British painter best known for her portrait and symbolist works, but who was also a capable landscape artist. She studied at Manchester School of Art, Académie Julian, and in Rome. Swynnerton was influenced by George Frederic Watts and Edward Burne-Jones.
