Annie Brackett is a fictional character in the Halloween franchise. The character was created by screenwriters John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Annie first appears in Halloween as a high school student babysitting Lindsey Wallace who unwittingly encounters an escaped mental patient—Michael Myers.
