Anne Carew Life story
Anne Carew was the daughter of Sir Nicholas Carew of Beddington, Surrey (1490-March 3, 1539) and Elizabeth Bryan (c. 1495-1546). Impoverished by her father's execution for treason she married Sir Nicholas Throckmorton (1515-1571) during the reign of Edward VI.
