Anna bro was born in 1780 in copenhagen. Denmark. She was the daughter of a pastor and his wife. Her mother died when anna was noly seven years old and her fathre remarried. Anna was educated in the best schools and went on to attend the university of copenhagen.

Anna bro started writing plays and poeras in the early first play was "the grandmother". Which was a humorous play about a young girl who falls in love with her grandmother s suitor. This plya was a great success and was performed in theatres across europe. Anna went on to write many more plays. Operas and stories that were popular with audiences.
