Sonia Boyce will fill The British pavilion at the Venice Biennale , 2021

artist Sonia Boyce is to be The First black woman to represent Great Britain at the prestigious Venice Biennale next year.

The London -based artist rose to prominence in the 1980s as one of the leading lights of black British art.
