Andriy Livytskyi Life story
Andriy Mykolayovych Livytskyi was a Ukrainian politician, diplomat, statesman, and lawyer. He was president of the Ukrainian People's Republic in exile and the Chairman of the Directory prior to reforming that office into the presidential.
