About Amata Kihara
Kihara Amata (木原数多, Kihara Amata?) is an antagonist in the original Toaru Majutsu no Index series. A member of the Kihara Family, he displays a vicious nature befitting of the commander of Hound Dog. He is also a researcher, and most notably is the former mentor of the strongest esper in Academy City, Accelerator.
