Amanalco is a town and municipality, in Mexico State in Mexico. The municipality covers an area of 219. 49 km². As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 20,343. The original name was N'dabi, which in Otomi means “place where tree trunks float” or “where there is much water. ”
