Álvaro Pérez Intriago Life story
Álvaro Pérez Intriago was an Ecuadorian politician. Perez served as the Mayor of Quito from 1978 to 1982. He also served as a deputy in the National Congress from 1984 to 1986 and again from 1996 to 2002.
