Álvaro Gil-Robles Life story
Álvaro Gil-Robles y Gil-Delgado is a Spanish jurist and human rights activist. He was the 2nd Spanish Ombudsman between 1988 and 1993 and also served as Acting Ombudsman between December 1987 and March 1988.
