Alpha Galates, formerly The Hollow, was a Canadian progressive metal band that originated in Medicine Hat, Alberta and later became based in Toronto, Ontario. Matthew von Wagner, his ex-wife, Karen Wagner, and Todd Lefever formed The Hollow in 2001.
