Alfredo Lim Life story
Alfredo "Fred" Siojo Lim was a Filipino politician and police officer who served as a Senator of the Philippines from 2004 to 2007. He also served as the Mayor of Manila twice: first from 1992 to 1998, and again from 2007 to 2013. Prior to entering politics, Lim was a policeman for three decades.
