Alfio Quarteroni Life story
Alfio Quarteroni is an Italian mathematician. He is Professor of Numerical Analysis at the Politecnico of Milan, since 1989 and has been the director of the Chair of Modelling and Scientific Computing at the EPFL, Lausanne, from 1998 until 2017.
