Alexander Moor Life story
Aleksandr Viktorovich Moor is a Russian politician who has served as the fifth Governor of Tyumen Oblast since 14 September 2018. He was also the Member of the Presidium of the State Council of Russia from January 28 until 2 August 2019 and again since 21 December 2020.
