Aleksei Chaly Life story
Aleksei Mikhailovich Chaly is a businessman and formerly de facto mayor of Sevastopol. He declared himself mayor in February 2014, amidst the Crimean crisis, after the resignation of Volodymyr Yatsuba, the Viktor Yanukovych-appointed mayor.
