Luis Alberto Otárola Peñaranda is a Peruvian lawyer and politician. He was Minister of Defense of Peru, from December 11, 2011 to May 10, 2012. He is the younger brother of lawyer, notary and former congressman and Congress President Fredy Otárola Peñaranda.
