WWII drama based on a true story. After several escape attempts from a German POW camp are foiled, the prisoners suspect that there is an informer in their midst. In an attempt to cover up absent escapees, the British inmates create a dummy prisoner, christened Albert, which they use during roll call to deceive the German guards.
