Albert Leopold Mills Life story
Albert Leopold Mills was a United States Army Major General who was a recipient of the Medal of Honor for valor in action on July 1, 1898, near Santiago, Cuba. An 1879 graduate of West Point, he served in the Army until his death in 1916.
