Sir Alan Collins Life story
Sir Alan Stanley Collins, KCVO, CMG, is a retired British diplomat and former Consul General in New York City, High Commissioner to Singapore and Ambassador to the Philippines. Collins joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1981 as a Desk Office after working in the Ministry of Defence for around 11 years.
